Live music is an experience like no other. The shows we go to tend to stay in our memories for various reasons, and carry their impacts throughout our lives even years after they happen. One Night Only is a project created to memorialize these experiences.

For three months, I collected stories from others of memorable shows that they’ve gone to in their lives, and recreated ephemera typically collected from concerts (tickets, t-shirts, posters, stickers, patches, setlists, zines) in a way that is more specific to personal experience. Each item contains something that was either spoken or written to me from memory. This project has become more extensive than I had ever imagined, and I am currently working on an archival version of all the stories and visuals to be shared.
